I pray to face each day with joy & remember that God has great purpose for our lives - even in the little moments we all think don't matter.
I want to be a person who leaves little footprints for Christ all over the world not so much by my words, but by my actions. And I want to love you unconditionally the way he loves me.
"Some people come into our lives and quickly go.
Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same."

I Come With Joy
I come with joy to meet my Lord,
forgiven, loved, and free,
in awe and wonder to recall
his life laid down for me.
I come with Christians far and near
to find, as all are fed,
the new community of love
in Christ's communion bread.
As Christ breaks bread and bids us share,
each proud division ends.
That love that made us makes us one,
and strangers now are friends.
And thus with joy we meet our Lord.
His presence, always near,
is in such friendship better known:
we see and praise him here.
Together met, together bound,
we'll go our different ways,
and as his people in the world,
we'll live and speak his praise.
***This is my favorite hymn. It sums up so much about my life. I thought about my blog title for a really long time. When I searched and found that this was available I thought, "Why not?" So, here it is! I'm ready to get started!
